No. iSchool is an intuitive system and includes prompts within it to ensure information is recorded accurately so that meaningful reports can be built., e.g. you will not be able to log out of recording an incident until all relevant questions had been completed.

There is an in-built user guide which details how to carry out each of the tasks and we do have a Help Desk.
